Can I have multiple divisions?
Yes. Fair Day supports multiple divisions so you can separate entries by age, category, skill level, or any custom criteria.
Can I do separate awards for each division?
Yes. You can configure awards and prizes per division so each division has its own awards and leaderboard.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes. Fair Day provides a single mobile app that includes both judging tools for judges and monitoring/admin features for fair organizers — so judges and admins can use the same app to score and track results in real time.
Can our registration also collect money?
No. At this time Fair Day does not provide built-in payment collection. Registration data can be exported for processing with your payment system.
Will this work for other competitions?
Yes. Fair Day can be used for many competition types — music competitions, chili cook-offs, science fairs, and any event that requires judging and scoring.
About Fair Day
Fair Day began as a small project to help a friend who was organizing a Children's Business Fair. She was overwhelmed by paperwork and logistics and couldn't enjoy the day because she was buried in administrative tasks. We built Fair Day to remove that burden — an easy-to-use app that handles registration, judging, and results so organizers can focus on the event and enjoy the fair like everyone else.
Today Fair Day continues with that same purpose: simplify event operations, reduce paperwork, and give organizers and judges tools that make running fairs and competitions effortless.
